Questions we get a lot
Can I get a quote over the phone?
For common jobs we'll give you a range, and it's an estimate until we've seen the vehicle. The written quote comes after inspection, and you approve it before any work starts.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We'll install parts you supply.
What if I'm broken down?
We can set up towing through the shop and bill it after the repair. Call (509) 222-1200.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Synchrony Car Care and Snap Finance. You can apply before you come in or ask at the counter.
What's the warranty?
Two years or 24,000 miles, nationwide: 24,000 miles of coverage for breakdowns more than 25 miles from the shop, and a 48-hour labor claim program within 25 miles.
Ready to get it fixed?
Tell us the vehicle and the problem. We will take it from there.
