One shop, every vehicle

Johnny's opened in 2014 on West Clearwater Avenue and has been fixing the Tri-Cities' cars, diesel trucks and motorhomes ever since. Old school to brand new, all makes and models, with bays big enough for RVs up to 38 feet.

Diagnosed first, quoted in writing

We test before we replace. A diagnostic visit is $161.20. You get a range by phone and a written quote after inspection, and nothing starts until you say so. Bring your own parts if you like; we'll install them.

2 years / 24,000 miles, nationwide

Every qualifying repair is covered for parts and labor for two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Breakdowns more than 25 miles from the shop are covered for up to 24,000 miles at participating shops across the country. Within 25 miles, a 48-hour labor claim program gets you back in to us.

Ask for the warranty terms with your invoice, and keep it in the glovebox for the road trip.

Payments & policies

Payment & financing

All major cards including American Express, and cash (ask about the cash discount). Financing through Synchrony Car Care and Snap Finance. Jobs over $2,000 take a deposit.

Drop-off & rides

Shop hours are Monday to Friday 8 to 5, closed 1 to 2 for lunch. After hours, the key-drop envelope is next to the red front door. Shuttle service available; towing can be arranged through the shop and billed after the repair.

Cancellations & limits

Please give us enough notice on a cancellation so someone else can have the slot. We don't do paint, roof or body-panel work, and motorhomes over 38 feet are worked on outside.
